Work Method

Netplanet works with a predermined development cycle for Internet applications. Through this cycle the customer maintains oversight of the approach, recent developments and what steps are coming up next.

Milestones and Evaluation

Per cycle we offer milestones and preassigned evaluation meetings. It gives the customer an opportunity to see the development, (re-)evaluate and give an official go-ahead for the next cycle. This guarantees full customer satisfaction and offers feedback for the development of the product.

These cycles continue until the customer is fully satisfied in which case both parties formally agree to go into the next phase. After this agreement adjustments to previous phases are always possible of course (meeting certain conditions for extra hours). Through this working method of milestones and (re)evaluation the customer is always guaranteed a product with 100% satisfaction.
