To get the most effective and efficient track Netplanet has a standard development and implementation plan based on evaluations and milestones to ensure satisfaction over the end result. Netplanet's standard development and implementation plan has the following steps:
Step 1: Inventory
During the inventory we determine what goals, conditions, and results are expected, especially for functionality, navigation, technical support, and training but planning as well.
Step 2: Concept
Based on the inventory and our knowledge and expertise with multiple IT-projects, Netplanet will design a concept. The concept will be a written elaboration of the assignment, which will serve as a plan of action. The customer will always know in advance what stages will take place and when.
Step 3: Design
Should this be part of the project, Netplanet shall present a design of your website based on your concept and default style. In the evaluation process your comments will be taken into account and repeat until you are completely satisfied. This ensure that the design is also made according to our customers standards.

Step 4: Implementation
After approving the design, we will start implementing the content management system. All the specific features (among others, customized ones) will be implemented and tested as well. Because the managers of these features are involved from the start, the acceptation and usage of these features will be high.
Step 5: Installation
According to what you requested on technical management, the installment of the website / intranet onto the server at our data center or your own location. Then we can setup the permissions, users and work flow. Any customization can be installed and tested directly as well. After optional usability training the site can be updated with content.
Step 6: Technical support and after care
Netplanet offers optimal usage of your system through its the service and maintenance contract. But through an unlimited primary help desk we also covered usage with the service and maintenance contract. After the system is implemented we will schedule an evaluation meeting to make sure the system is used as effectively as possible. Even after the project is complete will Netplanet guarantee satisfaction!
